BAZILEUS
Steel sailing vessel for expeditions to the remote parts of the world
  • BAZILEUS was built in 1987 in Fremantle, Australia. It was designed by Ron Holland, a well-known ship builder from New Zealand. A steel hull, a comfort interior layout, reliable and strong rigging — all that make Bazileus a perfect yacht for long expeditions.
  • In the beginning BAZILEUS was a part of a fishing fleet, later it was used for diving trips — that is why the yacht is equipped with a hydraulic tender lift to bring boats and equipment afloat smoothly.
  • At the end of 2019 the previous owner made some hull maintenance and painted the deck, and in 2022 BAZILEUS joined the RUSARC fleet to conquer polar latitudes and our guests' hearts.
